To Use a Group or Distribution List

Connect to the Voicemail system with your password

1. Press 75 to compose a message
2. When it asks you to enter the mailbox, you will enter the Distribution number followed by the # key
3. Enter additional mailboxes if any
4. Press the # key
5. Press 5 to record the message
6. Press # to end the message
7. Press 79 to send the message
