Procedures
• Instruct
students in how to find the “bookmark” button and how to find the correct
bookmark within the window. Go to “It’s a Wrap for Panda’s” site.
• Use the
first page (pictures of pandas) to practice/review scrolling.
• Read “A
Panda Myth” together and discuss.
• In the
“More about pandas” section, decide together which sections to read. Read them
together and discuss.
• Start the
quiz together, then let them do the rest on their own.
• At the
crossword puzzle, instruct them how it works and do it together or do some of
it together then let them continue on their own once they understand. Puzzle
can be printed and finished later if time runs out.
• When class is
over have them exit the program.
