Objectives

Academic: Students use a variety of visual media and resources to gather, evaluate and synthesize information and to communicate with others.

Technological: Collect data, interpret data, present findings.

Pre-Requisite Technology Skills: Students will need to know how to use the internet, enter website addresses, and move from one link to another on a website.

Materials: Internet access address for TrackStar “AMS Yearbook.”

Accommodations for Special Needs: Website addresses bookmarked for easier access. Work with a partner.

Procedures: After bringing up “AMS Yearbook,” students will explore the first three links and complete all of the questions.

Assessment: Evaluate student written information from their papers they complete. Evaluate and vote on the yearbook cover that will be used.
